To jam the reiciever be on the line of scrimmage and head up. Then after the snap press Y and the down button on the D-pad.
Use a cover one press......if you run a 4-3 defensive set, it is the nickel formation you want, scroll down till you see "cover 1 press" this is a cover 1 defence and press means press the receivers....like bump and run
