I don't think so. There's no option for it, that's for sure. You can force trades though, lame right?

I don't think you can, but you can always edit your players and make their contract $0. They won't complain.

can you walk me through how to make their contracts lower while you are already in an association? i go to edit player and view contract and i can't do those from either. maybe its because i have the PS2 version, idk

and it won't let you force trades if your salary cap is too high either...shitty. does it let you force trades for you even it you are over the salary cap?

Can you walk me through how to reduce their salaries while already in an association? I went to view contract and edit player and the options both weren't there. Maybe it's because I have the game for PS2?

I also need to know this. I am using the PC version and I don't know how to edit custom player contracts. Before and during the association :S
