I've unlocked all characters except for one and no website has it. He's the one right next to green suit naruto and anbu itachi.

It is sasuke in his clothing that he fought garra in you have to download it from xbox live on your 360

Idk how to unlock him but I think it's negie *spl check* I thnk you have to do all the hide and seek missions to unlock him.. Hope it helps...
