Secret Achievements:

The untouchable ninja: Just win a fight without losing any health. Find a nice easy grunt to beat for this one.

The acrobat: Get to the top of the Hokage Building for this one. You need Chakara Concentration and Shadow Clone level 3 (Both of them) and have learned how to use chakara concentration to walk on water. Go to the river that leads to the lake and use your chakara concentration to walk over to the nearest beach. Look to your right and you'll see a cave on the other side of the lake. Chakara-walk to it. Now, use your shadow clone jutsu to break through all the walls, grabbing the coints on the way. At the end, there's a metal gate. Walk up to it, and you'll be teleported high up onto the hokage building. Jump up onto the edge-roof above you and loop around to the flat area at the top of the building and grab the coin. Achievement unlocked.

The last is: Way of the Branch. To get this one, just complete 5 tree jumping sequences. You can replay some scenes by climbing up trees in the forests.
