Question for Naruto: Rise of a Ninja

I need to know where you can get your memclips refreashed after you beat Garra
Because the third hogakeas (sorry if misspelled) missing?

You can only get them all the way up to when you beat garra but you might be able to get them from the pervy sage or kakashi
