From what I can see, there is no master cheat code that will unlock everything, the only way to achieve this is to play through the game and unlock the things as you rank up.
The only way to unlock all items without playing is by purchasing $6 DLC. Yes, purchasing, as in SPENDING $. No cheat codes like in Reflex.
I think what people are looking for (including me) is a list of what to do to unlock each item. For instance, what task must I perform to unlock custom exhausts? Rider gear? New bikes? Etc. I don't need cheat codes. I need a comprehensive list of what to work toward to get what I want In the game.
