First you finsh story mode then practice fighting with favriote playyers then tShere you go.P.S IF IT DONEST WORK DO IT 2 0R 3MORE TIME.8)oO

You can only get them by either guessing or looking up online. After you do them once it will be unlocked on the move list. Same with babalities except you can't block on the final round.
