Supercheats.com has two "cheats" for this game.

TO SWITCH CHARACTERS:
To switch characters, hold either "L" or "R" toggles before the battle starts to switch which character goes out first.

TO PLAY AS GALACTUS IN ARCADE MODE:
When you have gained 30,000 PP highlight the 'Arcade Mode' option at the 'Main' menu and press 'Select' + L + X.

Those are the only two available cheats here on supercheats.com
I've also done some searching, and those seem to be the only two online.
