You don't. Not in any version of Minecraft. There may be some mods for the PC version that allow you to build televisions or cars, but mods cannot be used with the 360 version.
You can build non functional versions. However you may need to build them at a large scale for them to look like what you want.
You can't macke a tv and a car.
However, you can macke a tardise
But you have to have a commadmet block you can get it on pc for free!
You can make a working T.V. On Minecraft PC, but not on Minecraft Xbox 360 because redstone is too glitchy. You can't make a working car either, but you can drive boats and ride mine carts. And, if you're in multiplayer, you can ride a pig if one person holds wheat while you get on the pig with a saddle. Hope that helps.
You could look on youtube for tutorials but you can't actually make a t.v that will play thing withouts mods which are not available on xbox 360 version, or at least not yet, they might add that in the next update who knows?
You can ride a pig by putting a saddle on it and holding a carrot on a stick for the 360 I have pig races with my 4yr old son it's fun
You put a pig in a minecart then a saddle on the pig in the minecart then you can control the pig and it looks like your driving the minecart, but the controls are backwards so it takes time getting used to.
