No there is no seed for time machines
There are two types of Seeds in Minecraft.
1 - The item. There are Pumpkin Seeds, Melon Seeds and (wheat) Seeds. Because a time machine is neither a plant nor in any version of Minecraft (barring mods, which cannot be used on the Xbox version), there is no item called Seeds that will get you a time machine.
2 - The code. This type of seed is the unique string of numbers and/or letters that identifies how your world in Minecraft will generate. It controls biomes, generated structures (strongholds, villages, ravines), and ore placement. It has no power over what you've built or what you've destroyed. Because time machines are not naturally generated structures, terrain, or in the game, this type of seed also cannot get you a time machine.
