What new creatures are there for Xbox 360 because I have only spawned the snowman and have an ender dragon egg

That depends on what you mean by "new." (This was answered after the release of TU11 in May 2013 but before TU12, there will be new mobs added in later updates. Please keep that in mind when reading).

The newest mob is the Ender Dragon. It was added at the begining of April.

Back in December, TU7 introduced Mooshrooms, Villagers (still no trading), Blazes, Snow Golems, Magma Cubes, and baby mobs.

There are no mobs unique to the Xbox version.

The Xbox version is missing (as of TU11): Iron Golems, Wither Skeletons, the Wither, Bats, Witches, and Horses. They will be added in roughly that order.

How to spawn the ender dragon

1st: you get the ender dragon egg by making it teleport it once then break the block under it
Then you get 100 levels

2nd:you place it after you get 100 levels
