The portal is inside the big text in the sky, but I don't know the chest. (I don't have minecraft to Xbox.)

I think it has been moved to a secret room on the top floor of the castle in a recent update. I think the diamond goodies have been seperated into the seperate Music Disc chests.

This is what I found when I started my survival game using the Tutorial world. I don't know if it is always the same or if there are multiple Tutorial world seeds. Here's what I found:
At the top of the stairs in the castle, there will be bedrooms to the left and right. If you break a hole in the wall straight ahead, you will find a secret room with a NETHER PORTAL.
In the library in the castle, I found a chest next to an enchantment table what contained DIAMOND TOOLS. Out behind the castle, head left through the woods until you find a cabin with bed, furnace, crafting table and chest. Along a wall on the left (as you enter) there is a trapdoor leading to a basement, where there is a chest (mine had an enchanted Iron helmet) Also, from down in the basement, I was able to dig (on side opposite of chest) and find a HUGE cavern where I found my first diamonds and gold.
