If you have a New World you cannot activate it anymore cause the world is already created so Create A New World and go to World Options or just Options and activate Host Privileges and then create the world and when you spawn Double Tap A twice and you will float. LB will bring you down and RB will make you go higher and then just hit forward to move and Double Tap the left analog stick forward and hold it and you should fly super fast. Hope I helped.
