Unfortunately, there is no "easy" way. Spawners of any kind are rare. However, there are a few ways to increase your chances of finding them.

Don't play the game on Peaceful, and make sure you have the game volume up. As you wander through caves or mines, listen for mob sounds. If you start to hear the hissing of spiders, dig in that direction. Spawners will provide a steady stream of spiders (or skeletons, or zombies), and those mobs will make noise.

Look for Moss Stone/Mossy Cobblestone and regular Cobblestone. Moss Stone/Mossy Cobblestone only spawns in dungeons, and cobblestone only spawns in dungeons and near lava. There is no guarantee that the dungeon you find will have a spider spawner. Only 25% of dungeons have a spider spawner.

Look for Abandoned Mineshafts. They often intersect dungeons, and more importantly they often come with cave spider spawners. Cave spiders drop the same items as regular spiders, but they can poison you (not on easy) and are small enough to fit through a 1x1 hole.
