I don't know what you mean by "advanced crafting," so I'm just going to cover my bases.

If "advanced crafting" means crafting with a crafting table, which allows for more things to be crafted than just using the basic 2x2 grid, then yes. Crafting Tables are available in every version of Minecraft.

If by "advanced crafting" you mean the crafting style of the PC version, where you must manually place each item in the correct position on the crafting grid, then no. The Xbox version does not support this type of crafting.

If you mean crafting where you simply need to have the inputs and select the product, where you do not need to worry about where anything goes in the crafting grid, then yes. That type of crafting is unique to the Xbox version.

If "advanced crafting" is a mod, then no. Currently, there are no supported mods for the Xbox version of Minecraft. There is currently no word on if 4J Studios (the company making the Xbox version) is even thinking of working on mods. (I said supported mods, because there are some mods. They are dangerous to use, and if Microsoft detects that you are using any mods they will permanently ban your account. It is highly advised NOT to use them.)
