Please use proper spelling and grammar. Not doing so is very rude.

Do you mean "What can you craft by yourself?", or maybe "Why would you craft by yourself?", possibly "Why would you craft by yourself?" or something about Ocelots?

You can craft everything by yourself. In fact, it is impossible to craft anything with another person. You can build with a friend but not craft.

For a list of what you can craft without a crafting table, simply open your crafting interface (press X) and look through the different screens.

You would craft and build by yourself if you do not trust others, you have no one to play the game with, you cannot play online, you want to surprise someone with something (a structure, an item...), or if you just want to relax and play a game by yourself.

Ocelots are not in the current version of the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft, they were added to the PC version in snapshot 12w04a and officially added in version 1.2. This means that Ocelots will not be added for awhile.
