You don't. Neither the End nor the Ender Dragon are currently in the 360 version of Minecraft. The next major update should include both.
In the PC version (and once added to the 360 version, the 360 version too) you would locate a Stronghold through the use of Eyes of Ender (also not in the 360 version yet). Once in the Stronghold you would locate the End Portal Room (Strongholds are in the 360 version, but end portals and end portal rooms are not). You would activate the End Portal by placing one Eye of Ender in each End Portal Frame Block. You would then jump into the activated portal and travel to the End.

now you need to go on survival go on easy normal or HARD build a house get a pick and sword wait for night kill endermen get a dioamond pick mine obsidian build a portal make sure u hav rmor kill blazes make blaze powder make eyes of ender with the ender pearls and blaze powder and press lt so it searchs for a portal then you need to pu your left over peals in the portal bye press ing lt jump in da portal and then your in the end

You would go in your creative inventory and get end portal frames. Then you build a "nether portal" shape and put eyes of ender in them. Then you go to the end but only on pc version.

Put the end portal frames (only on creative) in the shape of a perfect square. Then get your eye of enders and put them in each whole on each end portal frame block. The jump on them and get ready to fight. For an easy location of a already built end portal frame get your eye of enders (I only reccomend this on creative because you need lots of eye of enders)then throw your eye of enders in the air and follow the directon the go. Once they stop floating and just stay in the same place no matter what, then dig down and you should find it. The do the standard procedure. By the time I wrote this the new update has yes come out for the xbox 360 version. So we have everything thanks guys and please add Assasinate you on the xbox 360.
