You don't. Guns do not exist in any version of Minecraft and cheats are only in the PC version (even with them, there are still no guns).
Guns only exist as mods for the PC version. There are no mods for the Xbox version.

To get guns use commands (cheats) I don't know whats the command but you can search in google or in youtube, but if you want a real working gun that has his own texture, install a mod to get guns that has it's own texture
