Does anyone have a list of actual unlocks points particularly the Kawasaki..

The vehicles are grouped in ranks, and you need to unlock each rank to unlock the vehicles under that rank... To do that you have to accumulate the reputation points that are required for the specific rank, group, so for example Group 2 requires the Student Driver Rank -- which is 2,000 Reputation Points, while Group 3 needs the Racer Rank which is 8,060 Reputation Points. Group 4 requires the Champion Rank which needs 16,500 Reputation Points.

Then there are the Performance Upgrades which are also Rank based and Group-specific -- so for example Level 1 Performance Upgrades for Group 1 rides requires the Navigator Rank which requires 800 Reputation Points and so on. You should get the idea here.

The Kawasaki Ninja is probably the best ride in the game and using it you will find that unlocked mega Rep Points is really a lot easier -- you actually unlock the Ninja the same way that you do the other rides, by collecting the barrels...

The 2007 Ninja ZX-14 is an A-class Group 4 Sports Bike which means you have to unlock the Group 4 Rides to make it available. It happens to have the highest (some would say best) overall stats and specs for any ride in the game, which is why it is a points magnet. Once you unlock the Group you can buy it from the showroom. Have fun (wish I had time to play this a lot)
