How do you start a new game in it because I can`t and it's making me really mad

Like you want to start from the very beginning? The only way to do this is to remove the game info from your system memory. Warning you will lose everything cars, money, and rep. Good Luck!!!
You can select a different storage device to save memory in if you want to keep your present memory, or you can just erase all memory and start over by erasing your midnight club data in the storage options.
