Why wont the game let me unlock group 4 cars. I checked how much exp you need and it said 16500 rep and I had 19500. WTF IS WRONG??????????

Nothing is wrong. I thought the same thing for the longest time. Just keep racing missions and I promise you they will unlock. With that score it won't be much longer if not already. Good Luck!!!
