You get both headlights (in the front) and taillights(in the back) by winning 36 races. Its really not hard. You can do highway races or regular races. Highway races are faster. I don't think you can do deliveries but it's worth a shot! It's not as hard as it seems! If youre addicted to it like me, it shouldnt be a prob.
