Im sorry but South Central is a downlad off of xboxlive but if you have that it's below Beverly hills

scroll down on your gps and there is south central the upper part of the gps is where beverly hils is and the left side is where santa monica is where you will get races and karols other garage where he hires you to crash his clients cars later on in the game. just to give you some info.
