Is there vibration in the game or is it just my controller. It doesn't vibrate at all during gameplay.

You can turn the vibration setting on and off via the options menu.
If you have a ps3 I'm pretty sure they don't use the vibration in the controllers (I could be wrong don't kill me if I am) if you're using a 360 then you need to change a setting or your controllers messed up
