In Metal gear solid 3, how is it possible to get past the last Cobra? He is in the river after you exit the sewers of impossible-to-pronounce fortress.

You need to keep walking until you get to the skeleton (you will "die"), but don't push continue, but instead, open your items list and use the revival pill.
