missing outpost

On my game of mercs it says that I only have 21 out of 22 outposts. When I searched for it on the internet it only says there are 21. Is my game glitching or is there 22. Up 5 plav 4 pirates 3 an 4 china 5

This might shock many people but their is a rusian contact located somewhere sothwest of the PLAV but you have 2 beat every thing for the PLAV,AN,china and UP. You can't do anything for the pirates not even blended with a twist 1 (when I say everything I mean every thing like the bointies and the leved missions. Their kinda cheap beacuase they only have (russian sniper kit an inflatable a rusian gun ship and a light tank thats cheap.TRUE IT IS HARD 2 GET FOR REAL
