What is the easiest way to beat carmona at his bunker??

I am up against the hardest mission yet!!
I am wondering what is the easiest way to beat carmona at his bunker??Choppers are out of the question because of AA rockets all of my supplies to get rpg's are blocked so what do I do?? I am getting to the point where I just don't know what to do.I really need some help with this.

Go up there in a chopper. (I know there are AAs) just go up high then land FAST! High-jack the tank. Then just blow up everything pop out of the tank. Then shoot the Bunker Buster at it. And congrats.
