Does Liara ever take the breathing mask off? I can't find any way to get her to.

Hmm, she should only have it on for missions that are located in places with no O2. If she has her breathing mask on, you'll probably have your helmet on. Could be a bad glitch. If it bothers you, and you have a previous save before this began, I'd go to that save and keep working.
