Question for Mass Effect 2

When the new mass effect trilogy is released what happens for people who already have me2 on ps3 with the cerberus dlc. I mean the genesis interactive comic with the 6 important choices. Will we have to delete the entire cerberus dlc to avoide having to make them 6 choices again when we try to import our me1 save file. Its just a thought I had because there are other parts of the cerberus dlc that I would like to keep. Eg. Normandy crash site, zaeed, and wepons and armor.

I feel like if Bioware is smart they would let the two be integrated with no problem. Let me know how it worked for you though, could help someone else in the future!
