All you have to do is time your hit not to early and not to late or you will hit grounders and fouls

count to 3 than swing inless it is a 96mph fastball than you would want to swing earlyer

That didn't work for me no matter how many times I tried I just want to be able to hit homeruns you know what I mean.

Just change the difficulty sliders. You still get achievements and total control. Enjoy.
