Please help some times when iam drivn I fall true a hole and just keep falling has any one evrhad this prob aswell

Yes I had this happen to me it sucks. It happened after I scratched my disk when my x box fell on accident when I was playing it and the disk got scratched while in the x box.

My suggestion would be to have the game replaced, I am the proud owner of two copies of mafia 2 now. Luckily it happend to me just in time for me to go buy the extended versions.
