Park them next to your garage

U can crush a car or sell it to create space.

U can't make more space but you can sell them or crush um at the scrap yard if you want to save more cars you could always park them next to the garage or house note: if you move on to other chapters some make you switch safehouses so you will loose all the cars outside the house but the ones in garages will stay and I think if you go to far from your house they will disapear
