Run as fast as you can and push down the right anolog stick. :>
In the play mode not carrer. You just need to got to settings and click cpu skill and go to fumble then put it at zero then it's a better chance of them dropping the ball
Use the Hit Stick to tackle a player by flicking the right stick towards him.
Ok I have tried that and to be honest it actually works hope it helps
