Question for Madden NFL 12

I have created a franchise team on madden 12. When asked to replace an exsisting team I replaced SEATTLE SeaHawks. All is fine except.
I created a player for my created team. I can only find the player on "play now" roster.
Question: After creating a player for my created team in Franchise Mode...How do I get that player over to the Franchise mode?

You have to remake the franchise entirely and use the new roster for it
