If you mean the first boss, shoot off both of it's big arms quickly because they regrow, then shoot it in the head with everything you have. If you're on easy difficulty, it might work to just shoot it in the head and dodge it's attacks if you have good weapons like the shotgun, machine gun 2 or sp, rocket laucher, or VS weapons
