Go to the PC, and it should say something like 'The compass has the answer' or 'Enter the way home'.
This gives it away, as Locke ealier tells you that 'Via Domus' means The way home, in Latin.
So type in 'Via Domus' and you'll have to answer a couple of IQ tests, and then you're able to move on.

Okay this may be a little weird. The secret door is behind a waterfall(how original) anyway. Exit out and there will be two waterfalls behind the pond. The left you will go behind and find a passageway. But the door is locked so check out the door and head back to and camp talk to hurley. Well, there is a guy you can trade with. Make sure you have $110 worth to trade because you'll need a gun. And you should remember the black flags by hatch. Well, now you can go to the dark territory. Stay in cover the moment you get there, seriously don't wander. Wait till it's safe then follow the flags. When you exit there, you'll almost be at the dynamite. There will be a guy shooting at you, wait till he shoots a second time, then shoot him twice. Follow the path till you get to the ship, yes the ship. In there is the dynamite. Don't run when you get it or you'll blow up. Ka-boom! Then you can walk out without worrying about getting shot at. Hope this has helped. I know it was so long!
