How can I win with oldham?

Start season. Go to youth tab, hire best available until you max wage budget. Got to transfer tab of own players. List all players that are below available or lower, loan list the fringe players on contracts of 2 or more years. Pick 343 424 or 433 formation. Pick all your friendlies as home fixtures if offered. The day after the third friendly, go to stadium upgrade tab and select highest payout investment and start upgrading stands. Make sure you build 2 teir or higher stands. More teirs more sponsor, more profits. If staff are poor do tasks yourself. Train all players with 5aside matches in down time and lulls in fixtures. Rely on youth players. Play strongest lineup and switch them out for cup games. Never build training centre 4 as it's waste of million. Buy lvl3 and save fund until you can afford lvl 5. That's the best way I've found however if you want easy success do the exact same with Aberdeen, takes one season to make Europe and titles abound afterwards. I did all that 343 formation with Inter Milan a d won all trophies, losing only 2 matches all season.(giving game time to fringe players after won league.) Hope that helps.
