Can anyone tell me how to change your hat??? I really need to get an enemy hat so I can go to the post gaurd thing...

Kill an enemy then walk over to the hat quickly (or otherwise it dissapears) press the X or B button and you character will pick it up and wear it.

Kill a guy for the hat or cange your hat in the art studyo where you make your own character hope this helps
So you have to go from the mountain to the art room to change your hat?
