If they are the blacked out people in the bottom right corner, they are the characters which you make up in the art room. If not then I have no idea what you are on about.

If you have already made your 2 people then you have to find all 5 secret hiden charecters within story mode (star wars charictors) and you get hunsolo and when you unlock young indy level you beat it, and you can buy the bad guy dude
