I accidentally got a vehicle over a wall, and into the area with the Berlin Airport bonus level. The gate leading to the area is still locked, as I do not have a character with a book yet. I've tried everything I can think of to get out of the area by going over fences. Which vehicle eventually ends up on the Berlin Airport airstrip, and is there a cheat code for it?
