How do you release arthur weasley from the fountain on stage 3

It isn't Arthur Weasley in the fountain, it is Mad Eye Moody. What you need to do is release the other wizards that will help you maintain the spell on the fountain guardians. To do this, you must click on any sparkling objects-a hazy circle will then surround them and you can release them with your redacto spell (and also collect $$$). Some will require LEGO building with the Wingardium Leviosa spell- like the hammer that smashes the gazebo roof and then the one that becomes a cart. The wizards are released automatically when the objects are built properly. Use Kingsley to help with spells. Once the wizards are in place around the fountain, you move Harry to the remaining guardian, and cast your spell and Mad-Eye will pop out!
