I disagree. They do plenty if you drag them all the way to you, and the way you can hide, and bring them away from there team can be incredibly useful, infact possibly ome of the most useful special infected.

They do a lot of damage. You just got to learn how to use them.

I think both ways.If you snare them from rooftops you are less vulnerable,and if you get zombies attacking you do more.But if you stand in the open and atttack when therre together,you die.Also,try some combos like spit on them or get a boomer to puke on them.
