No, there is no rocket launcher. Unless they added one recently.
There is no Rocket Launcher in Left4Dead, nor has there been an announcement to add one to the game.
Did you read that off of one of the cheat books cause I did to once
The way you can beat the light house campaign is to go insdie the house and go up stairs and wait with your gun just be prepared to see a couple or all of the other survivors die but other than that, wait for tanks and just blow them away as they come up the stairs and you should be able to beat the campaign.
The Rocket Launcher is a Lie.
As for the lighthouse, just stay up high, and try to get some friends together to spare yourself of the friendly AI.
