Well go to the helicopter and there's a cutscene. If you decide to leave immediately, keep going towards the helicopter. If you wish to save your teammates, go to where Lynch is standing. Continue down the path and you will help your teammates. Beware: Your daughter isn't very smart and will get hurt if you aren't careful. If she get's hurt, you will have to carry her. If you carry someone, you can only use a sidearm as a weapon, which is a real pain.
