What you have to do is shoot the cockpit and not head on but there's two windows 1 in front of the driver and 1 on his left (away from the rail on truck) and youll keep shooting the left window at first you wont think itll break but then itll get whiter and finally shatter now when it shatters you don't need to shoot the driver just shoot the inside of the cockpit and the driver will automatically die whether you hit him or not.
Ok if you have two players one needs to shoot at the truck and one needs to stay back until they kill the people trying to kill jenny once they kill all of them one shoots at the side window and one shoots at the front
i was very frustrated too. spent hours on it. just continue shooting the glass on both sides of the drivers window. patience it will work.
