how do i get past league 2?

I am on league 2 at the moment and I need to get up to league 1 but I can't get past the promotion race does anyone know how to or is their a cheat for it

OK!
Basically youve got to pimp your car TO THE MAX!!!
So, choose the car that you want to race with, and upgrade all of the performance parts to full!
Then try the challenge again.

Then you should try practicing and getting all prototype parts
