How do you get the custom 1911, and on the level, "dancing with the devil" can you collect the sword?

The level were the vice president hires the clone assassin you take out the vice and the assassin is in the oval office waitin you chase him to the roof take him out he has the custom 1911. Dancing with the devil you can collect the sword. I like to sabotage the pyro right next to the door on the left makes the show an accident.
These weapons are really cool but unfortunatley they are restricted to these levels and can't be kept. They can only be used in that level. Once level is completed they disapear from the inventory as if you never collected them.
