How exactly do you get the camara for Colin because I don't know what to do?

You have to climp up. If you can't go any higher then you must go down a little then cross to the other side of the ledge then climp up that way. I think you have to repair something on the way.

Put the two benches one above the other and climb using pipes and ledges and use wingaridum levaso to drop it down. Use the same way to get down.
