I had trouble with that too but all you gotta do is use Stupefy and aim it at the snake's heads and to avoid the green blasts that kill you, hide behind the trees and come back out while avoiding the green blasts and the many spiders and focus on the snakes in this battle. Hope this helps.

For the locket mission use cofringo on the snakes and it destroys them faster
I try to use confringo on the snakes- it doesn't appear to do anything
I have done this so many times and keep getting killed it's driving me nuts , I will try suggestions to see if I can get past this
I used Expulso while running circles around the log, and if the spiders swarmed me I destroyed them first before I went to the rest of the snakes.
Someone please help me!!!! I CANNOT get past this stupid silver doe mission, I've hidden behind trees, and ran each and every way thinkable of those damn snakes and used stupify and also tried impedimenta and neither one of them works. I mean they work but not well enough for me to live and save Ron. Someone please help me
