I need help with a few achivements. First I was wondering wich was the maximum rank in multiplayer cause I'm rank 13 an I wanted to know wich was the max rank and also how can I get there as fast as possible cause I have been lv 13 for like 2 weeks and I don't know why I am not a higher rank or is that the max ranking and if not then how can I lvl faster so I can get the achivment of general on xbox live. Second thing is how can and were can I get the achivement were I need a gold medal with all the skulls on in campaing and wich skull do I need on cause I don't know if it's a certain amount of them or all of them. Plz help.
